Intelligent Trademarks—A trademark is used in the production, manufacture, processing, sorting or distribution of goods or services. It might be any words, names, symbols, letters, numbers, three—dimensional, 3D signs, sounds, colour, combinations, or any combination thereof, used in commerce to identify and distinguish the goods of one manufacturer or seller from those of another and to indicate the source of the goods or services. In commerce, trademarks which are any names, symbols, letters, numbers, three—dimensional signs, sounds, colour combinations, or any combination thereof could apply for registration as a trademark. The approved registered trademark by appropriate authority in each country is under legal protection. Trademark registration is exclusive, monopolistic, unique, etc.

The trademark is exclusive to the owner and it is protected by the law. Without the permission or authorization of the owner, any business or individual is not allowed to use the trademark, otherwise, it will assume the tort liability. A series of registered trademarks of intelligent education group which include, word trademark, image trademark, letter trademark, number trademark, 3D sign trademark, colour combination trademark, etc. are in compliance with the procedure for trademark registration in each country.
